User Agreement
Money Magic System Terms and Conditions:
These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of Money Magic System and its members. Money Magic System at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice.
1. DO NOT SEND SPAM OR UCE! SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) will not be tolerated in any way. Formal complaints of SPAM/UCE are handled as top priority and legal action WILL be pursued for any loss or damages incurred due to SPAM/UCE complaints against you. Damages can be substantial. DO NOT SPAM!
2. Illegal activity. Members may not present magicbuilder.weebly.com promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by magicbuilder.weebly.com, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.
3. Third-Party Liability. magicbuilder.weebly.com will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.
4. Terms and Conditions. magicbuilder.weebly.com reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.
5. Membership Fee: Payments distributed to join this program are NONREFUNDABLE.
6. Payments will be processed only through Alertpay..
7. This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason.
8. Membership Cancellation: Membership in the Money Magic System System is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member. Any member may opt out of future mailings at any time. Due to the nature of this program each member must have an opt out system in place and respect the wishes of another member that does not wish to receive future mailings.
9. Taxes. You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in your resident jurisdiction, for any income you receive by using this program or any program promoted via the Money Magic System program.
10. Privacy: All participants agree not to sell or share the list with any anyone except other members of the Money Magic System network. Your information collected is for the use of the Money Magic System Network and will not be sold to any other company.
11. It is clearly understood that as with any business, no results are guaranteed. Some members may make little or NO MONEY AT ALL. Any experience shared may be unique to the individuals sharing them and should not be taken as assurances of success for others. Individual results will vary greatly in accordance to input, determination, hard work, and ability to follow directions and use the systems.
12. Relationship: A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of magicbuilder.weebly.com.
13. All members choosing to use the free website link must abide by their terms of service!
